Auditions for the school year 2026/27
We are, since now, to accept video auditions for international applicants who cannot attend in person. The video must contain the following requirements:
– 1st arabesque par terre and en l’air
– A la seconde position tendu par terre and en l’air
– An adage combination
– A pirouette combination
– A Petite allegro combination
– A Grand allegro combination
– In pointe shoes (only for girls):
- An immobile position showing the feet on pointe a la seconde or arabesque
- A pointe combination
BARRE EXERCISES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR CANDIDATES 13 AND OLDER
We also ask for a classical variation and a solo or improvisation (neoclassical, contemporary, etc.).
The video must be uploaded to Youtube as “Unlisted” and its link placed on the registration form. Videos sent by download platforms, as WeTransfer, will not be accepted.
We will be accepting applications until May 15 st of May of 2026.

Our Conservatório is recognised by the Ministry of Education and articulates the official teaching of basic and secondary dance courses with the official public academic schools where students have their academic classes.. This articulation is done in such a way that students have the disciplines of the academic part in the morning and the artistic part in the afternoon in our Conservatório.
STUDENTS
We accept students from the 5th year of schooling to join the 1st year of Specialized Artistic Education in Dance.
LEVELS
The division into groups is made according to the level at which each student reaches us.
CERTIFICATION
The Basic Dance Course (9th grade) gives the level 2 of the National Qualifications Framework (Ordinance No. 789/2009, of 23 July).
The Secondary Dance Course (12th grade) gives the level 4 of the National Qualifications Framework (Ordinance No. 789/2009, of 23 July) and corresponding level of the European Qualifications Framework.
